Baby Girl Graduates!!

Kayden started out at Calvary Chapel of Yorba Linda in September of 2006, as an itty-bitty 18 month old! Here we are, June of 2010 and where did the time go? As many of you working parents know, one of the hardest things to do is to find a place that cares and loves for your children while you are away at work. After initially sending Kayden to a day care for the first month where I cried every single time I dropped her off to then switching her to Calvary after a month and never looking back! Finding Calvary was the biggest blessing in our lives! The feeling I had when I left my child there each and every day was the most comforting feeling. Kayden had wonderful teachers, Christian role models and truly a second family at Calvary. We were pretty sure Kayden would attend a public school near our home once she entered Kindergarten and although I am so proud of my baby girl , her graduation from Calvary was one of the hardest days for me. Then, we found out we were moving to Northern California and then it really hit me- JRob would no longer be at Calvary! Each and every day since Kayden was a baby, and then of course when JRob began attending, I was greeted with smiles, love for my children - wrapped with hugs and kisses, an amazing curriculum, Christian values and beliefs taught daily...I am really going to miss this place!

Best Friends since they were in Mrs Marias 18 month old class!

I am so proud of the young girl my baby has become and will continue to grow into. Rick and I were given the gift of such a sweet, fun loving, spunky and sassy-fied daugther. We are truly blessed!

Newport Harbor - Boat Cruise

Every Christmas, all my Grandma wants is to spend time with family in place of traditional gifts. My parents put together a couple fun adventures for her and them to share together and then there was the boat cruise through Newpirt, in which the whole family reaped the benefits of! We had a blast together, eating dinner and enjoying each others company on the water. The kids even got a chance to "fish" off the side of the boat at one point! Yes, Christmas was over 6 months ago but its fun adventures throughout the year....Merry Christmas in July, Grandma!
